WARNING TO BOARDS:

 iFFTic is doing this Chart as a Service to our own Scene,
 but it often feels like noone thanks us, and that a lot demands
 this and that from us... So we just want to make a statement:

 Boards that are badly managed doesn't deserve to be in the Chart,
 and that's what will happen in the future!

 BAD MANAGEMENT LIKE:
 Sysops that are Eremites, and never call out themselves,
 Sysop that don't support their own board, not even in a crisis,
 CoSysops that are even more passive than the Sysop,
 CoSysops that's just a name and don't even call the board,
 HQ's that are just a Name and nothing more...
 No or very slow replys on letters from Sysops,
 No check on files, not even on suspicious ones,
 Acceptance of lousy file-descriptions,
 Bulletins that don't exist or never gets updated,
 Commands that are "unknown commands" for ages,
 Harddrives that gets full too often,
 Rules on the board that are not practiced in reality,
 Nuked bytes that are not returned to the downloaders,
 Sysops who doesn't protect the user's PW from friendly eyes,
 Sysops revealing private infos from the quest to other users,
 Sysops allowing harassment of their own users...

 Boards that allows nazi-propaganda or childporno to be spread will also
 (Yes, I know that no normal board on earth has or even wants childporno,
 I just mention it, to fulfill the massmedial myth, -hi aftonbladet! :)
 get removed, cause who wants to cut off the branch we all are sitting on?
 Stupid Newspapers and so on should not be able to fabricate any more
 false articles from any board that's in the iFFTic Chart! We allow people
 to be Nazis in their Private, cause that's a democratic right and should
 always be so, but it's a another thing to have it out in the open with
 users having nazi-propaganda in their Locations or in their Sent-Lines,
 or to write public messages that supports nazi-views or similar.

 BOARDS THAT COULD SHAPE UP:

 A-BASE - BAD OR NO MANAGEMENT!
 CRIME ZONE - PASSIVE MANAGEMENT!
 TOTAL DISASTER - NAZI-VIBRATIONS! (Yes! only vibbs, sofar!)
